Sunrise in the Florida Everglades - A
New Day Begins.Dawn in
the Everglades. Another day dawns in the beautiful swamp, better known as
the Florida Everglades. To me as a photographer the sunrise marks another
day of wonder. But to the creatures who live in the swamp it is another day
of continuing survival in this harsh eat your neighbor world.
Dawn in the Beautiful Swamp. Sometimes the
dawn comes with fiery and dramatic skies and sometimes it just gets light
and nothing out of the ordinary shows in the morning sky. But it is still
the best time of day for any kind of photography as the light is always at
it's softest. dawn in the Everglades is also the time when most of the birds
are out feeding this offers the best opportunity to get the shots you want.

Photographing The Dawn.
Photographing the dawn is a great experience, but I know it is
difficult to get up and get out and sometimes you may have to
drive a long way to get to the place you want to photograph. Not
all sunup's are beautiful red skies but it is still the best time
of the day for photography.
Ok a wide angle les is best
about 24x70mm and maybe keep the sun low down in the bottom
third of the picture. Don't forget to do foreground, middle and
back ground objects. Aperture Priority mode at f8 or f11 is best
so the distance can be a little faded like a mist effect, I like
to shoot sunrise at f8.
